If you buy and send a gift card to a third party, we may collect both your and the third party’s name and e-mail address in order to send the third party an electronic gift card. If you proceed to invite a third party to purchase our products, we will collect your and the third party’s information: e-mail address, and/or social media account username in order to send promotional messages to the third party. It is not the responsibility of Giguere's Appliances to obtain consents from the third party that may be required by law to allow us to contact the third party. To make our referral process easier, we provide you the opportunity to import contact information directly from your address book. Giguere's Appliances may access your address book and import your contact’s information to facilitate the referral process. Communications sent to your friends for referrals may come from your e-mail address or social media account, so that your friends know you would like to invite them to visit our Site. We may receive additional Personal and/or Anonymous Data about you from certain third parties, such as demographic information from Facebook tools.
